Kadiera's Playground Cute but Evil - it averages out

One long update, because it's easier to dump my brain just the once.

I spent Sunday planting tomatoes, zuchhini, lettuce, and strawberries; I also moved the aloe and jade plants outside. I meant to take pictures, it just hasn't gotten done yet.

We also acquired (in the last few days) a table and chairs for the deck and a gas grill. Now it's like a real deck, and we can actually have people over :-)

It's another day off. This is good, because I didn't get everything done on my last day off :-)

Today's main focus is re-hennaing my hair, and doing the taxes.

I'm right at 2 months overdue for henna. Things were just too busy to get it done. I guess the good news is that there's now enough henna in the freezer for me to do all of my hair from frozen next time - I'm out of powder anyway.

I had discovered early on that if the henna is too runny, it's messy to put on; I discovered today that too thick is not really any better.

I've got an hour or so before I give in and go scrub it all out - it's easier to wash out if I let it dry more before doing so.
