I told you 2 weeks ago that the complaints about this part that was released 18 *months* ago were something I'd look into, but that for now, the deal was that part A was not the same as B or C in terms of service orders, so you'd have to cope and continue to ship both parts, just as you have been for the last year and a half.

So how is it that two weeks later, you've gone to someone else here, with no control over the part (who of course contacted *me*), to try to get it changed again? Honestly, do you really think a company as bureacratic as the one I work for would allow you to work the system that easily? And why is it that the notes from 2 weeks ago didn't get back to the people at your facility causing all the issues, so they'd sit on it until I have time to figure it out?

Not a good way to make a good impression - just sayin' - and when my supervisor reads the note I just sent you, I think he'll see it my way.
